Legal
This policy explains what information Zelos and AgenticTrading.info collect, why, who it's shared with, and the choices you have. It works together with our Terms of Service.
Account information. When you sign in with email and password or with Google, our sign-in provider (Google Firebase Authentication) gives us your email address and an account ID; with Google it can also include your name and profile photo. Every visitor also gets an anonymous guest ID, so XP and progress can be saved before you create an account.
Profile and community information. The display name, username, bio and photo you choose; friends, followers, squads, challenges and referral links; and posts, theses, comments, messages and reactions you create.
Trading activity on Zelos. Your Trade War virtual account (orders, positions, trades, balances, statistics), Training Ground scores, XP, missions and achievements, your watchlist, dashboard layout, alert and notification preferences, and trades you choose to log in the Real Trade Journal.
Purchases. When you buy tokens, Square handles your card and billing details and tells us your email, what you bought and the amount. We keep a record of your token balance, purchases and what you spent them on. For earlier Gumroad purchases, Gumroad sent us the buyer's email and the product purchased. We never receive or store your full card number.
Usage and device information. With your consent where required, Google Analytics collects which pages are viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.
Messages to us. If you email us or send feedback, we keep that conversation.
Unless you make it private, your public profile shows your display name, photo, XP and level, achievements, and Trade War statistics, and appears on leaderboards, challenges and squad standings. It never shows your email. Real Trade Journal entries stay private; if you choose to show Real Trading statistics on your profile, only the statistics you pick are shown, never dollar amounts. Training Ground leaderboard names and scores are public. Public posts and reactions can be seen by anyone who can open them. You can turn your Trade War profile private, which removes it from public view.
If you're in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (running your account and the features you use), our legitimate interests (keeping the site secure and fair, and improving it), your consent (analytics cookies and optional notifications), and legal obligations.
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help run the site, under their own privacy terms:
Market-data providers (such as Marketstack and the SEC's EDGAR system) and our social-media scheduling tool receive no personal information about you. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a sale or transfer of the service (in which case this policy continues to apply).
Necessary storage (always on): keeps you signed in, remembers your theme, and saves your Trade War account, chart settings, dashboard layout, progress and cookie choice in your browser. The site doesn't work properly without it.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): in the EEA, UK and Switzerland these stay off unless you choose Allow analytics; you can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. Elsewhere, analytics runs by default, and you can block it with your browser's cookie settings or a browser extension without affecting the site. We don't use advertising cookies.
We keep account, profile and activity data while your account is open. You can delete your account yourself at any time under My Zelos → Delete your account; this removes your account and personal information right away. When you ask us by email instead, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons (such as purchase records). Information saved only in your browser stays there until you clear it. Anonymous guest data that is never linked to an account may be deleted after a period of inactivity.
You can edit your profile, make your Trade War profile private, remove posts, turn off optional notifications, and change your cookie choice at any time on the site. You can also ask us to:
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or US states such as California), the law may give you these and other rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us from the address on your account and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Access to your private data is limited to your own signed-in account by database security rules, API keys for our data providers are kept on the server and never sent to browsers, and payment details are handled by the payment processor. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in private.
Zelos is run from the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, those transfers rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
Zelos is only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll give notice on the site.
Privacy questions and requests can go to Zelos Support.
