Daily market
Every strategy checks the broad market first, before it looks at a single ticker — this is that same read, shown on its own. It's context, not a forecast, and it comes straight off the most recent alert run.
Bullish — the broad market (tracked via SPY and QQQ) is trading above both its 20- and 50-day moving averages, and both are sloping up. Ordinary bar for a setup to qualify.
Neutral — a mixed read: above one moving average but not the other, or a moving average that's flattening out or starting to roll over. Same bar, more caution baked into which setups actually clear it.
Bearish — the market is below both moving averages and both are sloping down. Every Zelos strategy raises its bar considerably when this is the read, and strongly prefers publishing nothing over forcing a setup into a weak backdrop.
This is a read on the broad market, not a prediction of what it does next — and it's the same input every Zelos strategy uses, not personalized to any account or position.
