Agentic swing trading · rule-based, not autopilot

Found by Zelos. Earned by you.

Zelos watches your account for one specific pattern — a healthy stock pausing after a run, not one still chasing its high — and only speaks up when the setup earns it. By default, nothing executes without you saying go.

Currently running live on a real Robinhood account · not a backtest, not a demo

What it's actually looking for

Four shapes on a chart. Nothing else counts.

Every candidate gets sorted into one of these — or thrown out. If a stock's chart doesn't look like one of these, it doesn't matter how exciting the ticker is.

Pullback in an uptrend

Climbing steadily, pauses, catches its breath near support.

Bull flag

A sharp run, then a tight, orderly drift sideways — not a collapse.

Breakout + retest

Breaks a level, comes back to prove that level now holds.

Higher-low reversal

A decline that stops short of its last low, then turns back up.

How it decides

Four checks, every session, before anything gets suggested.

01

Read the market

Checks whether stocks broadly are trending up, down, or sideways first — the bar for a good setup gets stricter when the backdrop is weak.

02

Scan for pullbacks, not runners

Screens hundreds of stocks for ones climbing steadily that have recently paused — then explicitly throws out anything that's already made its big move. Chasing is the most common way this kind of trade goes wrong.

03

Score it, don't just spot it

Trend, support, volume, reward-to-risk, relative strength — scored out of 80. Below the bar, it gets dropped, even if it "looks" interesting.

04

You decide, every time

If something clears the bar, you get the entry, stop, target, and exact position size — sized against a fixed capital cap, never a guess — with Accept and Decline right there. Tap Accept and the trade goes in. Tap Decline, or don't respond, and it's skipped. Nothing is ever bought without your say-so on that specific trade.

The discipline, not the hype

A real morning from this account — not a highlight reel.

On a recent run, the best candidate out of twenty screened stocks was Pfizer, and it still didn't qualify.

Trust & safety

The rules that don't bend.

Only the agentic-enabled account — nothing else, ever. If you have other Robinhood accounts linked (a retirement account, a separate brokerage account), Zelos can't touch them, full stop. Only the one specific account enabled for agentic trading is even reachable; the others simply aren't visible to any trading action it can take.

Nothing trades without your reply, ever. Every run only researches and reports, and an order goes out only after you personally accept that exact setup — there's no automatic option that skips this step.

Position size is a formula, not a feeling. Capped at a fixed share of your account, split so one idea can never eat your whole allocation.

"No trade today" is a normal outcome. The bar exists to be missed most days — that's what keeps it a strategy instead of a habit.

Nothing here is a guarantee. This approach hasn't been backtested against a long track record. It's rules, applied consistently — not a promise of returns.

Why "Zelos"

It's not envy. It's knowing you're capable.

“Emulation is pain caused by seeing the presence, in persons whose nature is like our own, of good things that are highly valued and are possible for ourselves to acquire; but it is felt not because others have these goods, but because we have not got them ourselves.” — Aristotle, Rhetoric, Book II, Ch. 11 (on ζῆλος / zelos, “emulation”)

Aristotle drew a sharp line between two feelings that look similar from the outside. Envy wants the other person to lose what they have. Zelos — emulation — wants what a capable peer has because you can see, clearly, that it's within reach for you too. He called it a feeling good people have.

That's the distinction this is named after. Not chasing a stock because someone else is up on it — that's the trade this strategy explicitly refuses to make. Going after the same kind of opportunity, on your own terms, when the setup is actually there for you. The pain isn't watching someone else win. It's sitting on the sidelines when the door was genuinely open.

What's next

Built for more than this, if the licensing lines up.

What you see today is deliberately narrow on purpose: one strategy, the same rules for every subscriber, and a specific Accept from you before anything trades. That's what lets Zelos run as a straightforward, rules-based signal service right now. It's the foundation, not the ceiling.

🔒

Fully automatic execution. A qualifying setup gets placed the moment it clears, without needing your Accept on each one.

🔒

Sizing based on your full picture, not just a formula. Position sizing that accounts for your broader goals and risk tolerance, not a flat share of your balance.

🔒

More than one strategy running for you. Multiple approaches allocated across your account instead of a single scan.

🔒

An actual advisory relationship. The accountability, disclosure, and fiduciary duty that come with being a licensed adviser — not just a signal in your pocket.

None of this is available today, and it won't be until it's actually done properly — not before. If Zelos becomes a registered investment adviser, this is the direction it's headed. Until then, every trade still needs your Accept.
Questions people actually ask

When can I start using it?

Right away — Gumroad delivers the skill and the setup guide to your email the moment checkout finishes, no waiting on a manual step. It's been running live on a real account before opening up, not just backtested.

Will it cost anything?

$50, paid once — not a subscription, nothing recurring on your card. That covers the strategy itself, the alert page kept current every run, and every future refinement. If you were given a free access code instead, it unlocks full access for 3 weeks from when you redeem it; after that, your alert page stops updating until you purchase full access.

Is there a fully automatic option?

No — every qualifying setup shows up as an alert with Accept and Decline, and nothing is bought unless you tap Accept on that specific trade. That's by design: it keeps you in control of every dollar that moves. Note that Zelos only automates the entry once you accept — watching the position afterward is still on you.

How much money do I need in my account?

There's no fixed minimum — position size is always a mechanical formula, roughly a third of 10% of your account balance, so it scales with whatever you have. At $500, a full-size position works out to around $17; at $3,000, around $100. Smaller accounts will see smaller (but real, fractional-share) position sizes, and on some days there may not be enough room under the cap to propose a trade at all — that's the formula working as intended, not a bug. This isn't personalized advice; think about what account size makes sense for you before connecting one.

What does an alert actually look like?

You get a notification the moment Zelos finds a qualifying setup — not something you have to remember to go check. That notification points to a single ticket — ticker, entry, stop, targets, reward:risk, suggested size, and Place it / Skip buttons — kept current at one pinned link, timestamped every time it runs so you can always tell how fresh it is. Try the interactive demo card to see exactly how it works before you subscribe; it writes a test record, not a real order.

Is there anything to cancel?

No — Zelos is a one-time purchase, so there's no recurring charge sitting on your card to cancel. If you'd rather stop using it, just disconnect Robinhood from your Claude account or remove the skill; nothing is billed after your original purchase. Free access from a code stops updating on its own after 3 weeks — there's nothing to cancel there either.

What if I get stuck setting it up?

Message me directly through Gumroad — open Library, find Zelos, and use the message-seller option there. That's the fastest way to reach me if the Robinhood connection won't link, the skill won't install, or a step in the setup guide doesn't match what you're seeing.

How Zelos works

Zelos is trading software you install and run yourself. It connects directly to your own brokerage account using your own credentials — we never store your account information, positions, or trade history on our own servers; the software reads it in the moment only to size and place your trades. Every subscriber runs the same rule-based strategy; trade sizing is calculated automatically from your own account balance, nothing more.

Zelos is not personalized investment advice and Zelos is not a registered investment adviser. Trading involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results.
